including Queens and Brooklyn. Local pickup and fast turnaround are available for many services.
Yes. The UpScale Tech evolved from the TheUpScaleTech brand, combining digital expertise with in-house
printing and signage production for faster service and better quality control.
Signs, Printing & Apparel
We offer a wide range of custom signage, including:

DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing is a modern printing method that produces vibrant, durable prints
on shirts, hoodies, tote bags, and more. It allows full-color designs without screen setup,
making it ideal for small batches and fast turnaround.
Many of our services have no minimums, especially DTF apparel and design services.
Some large-format or bulk print jobs may require minimum quantities — contact us for details.
Turnaround times vary by product:
- Same-day or 24-hour service (when available)
- 2-5 business days for most custom prints
Yes. You may upload your own files during checkout or send them after placing an order.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal rights to use all submitted artwork.
Design & Proofs
Yes. We offer logo design, rebranding, print-ready layouts,
marketing templates, and complete brand identity packages.
Design services can be purchased separately or bundled with print orders.
When applicable, digital proofs are provided.
Production does not begin until you approve the final proof.
Once approved, the design is considered final.
The UpScale Tech is not responsible for errors approved by the customer
(including spelling, colors, sizing, or layout).
Tech Services & Websites
We help small businesses set up websites, landing pages, business email,
domains, POS and payment systems, and branding automation tools.
Yes. We build basic to advanced e-commerce websites, including product listings,
online payments, and order workflows.
Subscriptions & Partnerships
Yes. Subscription plans may include monthly design support,
discounted printing, website maintenance, and priority turnaround.
They are ideal for businesses with recurring needs.
Our partnership program is designed for churches, nonprofits,
barbershops, salons, schools, event planners, and organizations.
Partners receive exclusive pricing, priority service, and ongoing support.
Orders, Payments & Policies
No. Online orders are requests only.
A specialist reviews your order and issues an invoice once approved.
Production begins after payment.
Because products are custom-made:
- All sales are final
- No refunds or returns unless the error is caused by us
- Claims must be submitted within 48 hours with photos
Yes. Payments are processed through trusted third-party providers.
We do not store credit card or banking information.
